About Our Factory
Thanks to the recording of all data, we can easily access information on all previous jobs in our company based on criteria such as customer code, work order number, lot number, and date. We are able to monitor not only which machine processes the material but also the process data of all machines during operation.
We can track all processes the material undergoes from entry into production to shipment to the customer. All this data flow is clearly visible through special software. We are one of the few companies in the fasteners industry with a laboratory.
Customer satisfaction and product quality are of great importance to us. To facilitate product inspections, we have equipment such as our Bakelite Removal Device, Surface Polishing Device for better and clearer images under the microscope, and Hardness Measurement Device to measure strength. Additionally, we conduct regular checks on the products we produce every day. In addition, we have a Sorting Machine, contributing to a very low ppm rate.
